I am a lawyer...

I have my Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law, and I am licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois, the U.S. Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Courts in the Central District of Illinois and Colorado. I currently work at the law firm IpHorgan Ltd where I handle a variety of intellectual property matters, specifically copyright and trademark registration and enforcement both in the United States and throughout the world.

a musician...

I received my bachelors of music from Vanderbilt University (Blair School of Music).  At Vanderbilt, I performed in the musical theater production of The Fantasticks and the opera production of Gianni Schicci (ironically, I played the lawyer). Now I use music as a form of respite from my busy legal career. I have performed in local theater and choirs.

and an adventurer.

After college and before law school, I lived for three years in Europe: two years in Rennes, France, a summer in Bordighera, Italy, and one year in Granada, Spain. I speak both Spanish and French and love learning new languages. I have also studied Arabic and Portuguese. I live for the next unique and enriching cultural experience.
